Hazardous Material Response Protocols

Lawton-Fort Sill LEPC, Lawton, OKGBK was tasked to perform a number of Hazardous Materials Response Protocols for the Local Emergency Planning Committee conforming to Process Safety Management (PSM) guidelines. Through a series of templated procedures, specific response plans were developed for those processes on the installation storing and utilizing particular hazardous materials. Response plans were developed for chlorine, DS2, STB and various fuels.

Some milestones and deliverables included:
